As a Healthcare Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families access affordable health coverage from the comfort of your home. You’ll provide guidance, answer questions about plan options, and support new clients through the enrollment process—no cold calling or phone sales required.



🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

This work-from-home position is perfect for self-starters who enjoy helping others and want to escape the traditional 9–5. All tasks are done online, with full training and support provided:

  • 📬 Respond to inquiries via email, text, and phone

  • 🩺 Educate clients on low-cost healthcare benefit options

  • 📣 Promote healthcare plans through digital marketing and/or in-person outreach

  • 💻 Work remotely with flexible hours and no cold calling
  • 🤝 Support clients as they enroll in dental, vision, and medical plans

Career Trainers

💼 About the Remote Career Trainer Role

As a Career Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in helping others begin and succeed in their own work-from-home journeys. You’ll provide support, answer questions, and guide new team members through onboarding and training—no cold calling or phone sales required.


🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Sharing and promoting details about our remote career opportunities

  • Responding to inquiries from potential team members via email or online messaging

  • Assisting with onboarding and training new hires

  • Providing ongoing mentorship and support to help others succeed
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative remote work culture
